Sounds like the Royal Pardon just nerfed treasure hunters a bit since the Forged pardons are one of the items that makes T-hunting lucrative. I don´t like this addition and I´m not even a treasure hunter.
The 10 point SoT sounds a bit much and some people will no doubt find a way to farm them. Gonna log on in a bit to see what the rewards cost.
And for the love of Bo, can we please keep any reward PvP armor/equipment off of Siege. They need to farm/buy/craft armor/equipment just like the rest of us there. No more vending machines for artifacts on Siege please!
