Do you know when TC 1 will again be available for log-in? Also, are the battles on some kind of a timer and if yes, how long are they expected to last? Or is it possible to drag out a fight in a specific town to several hours if there are enough people participating and no one guild is ever a predominant leader?

We are aware of the issue and are looking into it. The battles are on a 20 minute timer or first to fill up the score bar.
