Regarding this super awesome loot revamp, I wonder if thought has been given to mobs in Fel having a small bump to loot intensity/quality, in line with the "risk vs reward" philosophy?

Fel is the place to be! You get a big luck boost just for killing something in Fel on top of whatever you are carrying on your suit.
