The amount of points was fixed. But you could have rolled a wrestling/swords or another weird combo when they fixed it.

yea, it should read in addition to that "If you're caught using an exploited item to gain an advantage over others your account will be actioned."

The people that run the show here tolerate way too many things that go against their own rules. it's only going to get worse if they continue letting it slide.
