UO Cartographer problems

Is there a way to get cartographer to stay on top in full screen mode in CC. If I take game out of full screen mode it works but my game play window is tiny with the black area taking up probably 70% of the screen. In full screen the black area only takes up about 25 % of my screen but the game covers up UO cartographer.

Double click on the map window. When you no longer see the outter bars, it means itll stay on top.

Tried this. It still wont stay on top in full screen.

Right click the map, check 'Always on top' ?

Tried that also. Is there any way to make the play window bigger when not in full screen mode? Mabe I'll just get another monitor and put map on it.

are you running Cartographer in admin mode?
It really should stay on top if double click it so the borders are gone and you've checked 'always on top'
There is kinda a way to make the play window bigger, you have to 'adjust screen relolution' in windows and set it to something low like 1152x864

Yeah I got it in admin mode. I'm guessing this is a Windows 10 thing because I never had this problem on my old computer with Windows 7.
