UO Cartographer and SOS's

I have been forced to change my mapping program from UOAM to UOC due to the last patch. When I try to add my SOS's as markers in UOC it only has the option of typing in coordinates (when as we all know, the degrees and minutes are given on the SOS).

What is the best way to enter my SOS's in as markers so I can see all their locations on the map? Is there an easy way to convert coordinates to degrees?
