If I remember correctly the phone number was taken away a few years ago unfortunately.
EA are the ones who we pay. Even though Broadsword develops the game all of our money still goes through EA.

Yeah I think now what they do is call you back instead of you calling in... you fill out the online help form (http://help.ea.com/ca/contact-us/new/) and they get back to you (overseas of course lol)
