The UO banner in Minoc is torn split broken or what ever you wish to call it . It is in front of the bank as Governor i would like this fixed Please. I left a message on the Governor forum that no one has responded to . As i dont know the proper way of going abut getting this done can a Em or Gm plz fix it

You would need to contact an EM through here or the official site. If you want a GM, you would have to page in-game though I don't think they deal with decorations. The Chessy EM is your best bet. EM Artemis

Hi, I notice that it is displayed in 2 halves, if you mouse over it, but is otherwise fine. Has this issue been fixed?
