UO Assist Issue Dec 1 2018

Hey All,

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing an issue with UO Assist at some point yesterday while I was logged in an update happened (This is a guess). My client crashed as it does occasionally, I went to restart using UOA as per normal and now UOA is stuck in some eternal loop it seemingly connects to the updateAce server downloads a file and then when you press continue which should launch the cc client it just restarts the UOA interface and downloads the same file again. This seems to be an infinite loop and the only way out is to force close UOA using task manager.

So anyone else experiencing this (other than my wife), and if so do you have a fix work around etc.

For the record, I have;

• Restarted the machine
• Cleared all caches
• Changed some of the UOA settings
• Tried the client without UOA works as it should
• Yes I do run UOA in Admin mode
• I have not yet but will uninstall and reinstall if that works I'll update here.

UPDATE: Uninstall and Reinstall Seems to fix the issue.

I'm having this issue too on my laptop. I'll try the uninstall and reinstall now.

Update: yes, the uninstall (kept the keys) and reinstall worked perfectly. Back in action!
