I am writing this here after 20 days of frustration and i have no idea where to ask for help so here is my story.
I want to reactivate my UO account, and somehow it is linked to another EA account, so i cannot retrieve it.
So i contacted the UO support team via email and explained my situation, and they asked me to send some information, including the secret answer for this account.
Now, i know it is my fault for not remembering it, but this was created 10 years ago (was 13 at the time), but the fact is i do not know what i wrote back then.
To make up for that, i sent an insane amount of details and information concerning myself and my account, offered to send ID copies to prove that i am the owner of the account, but the only thing i get from the damned support mail is basically an automated message saying "sorry no secret answer no account".
I contacted EMs in the hope they could do something, just to realize they had no power over this matter.
I tried to look for a phone number, but i have been told they do not have a support anymore.
Why is it so damn hard to have some sort of contact with a support team?
21 days that i have been waiting for anything, constantly sending and re-sending them emails for nothing...
Any idea what i can do here?
