I ran across an old tile is a screwy picture and says unused across it. Any idea where this is from what it is, or what it is worth, if anything?

it was a bugg, they could be looted off corpses at vert start of stygian abyss expansion. worth around 3 mil. maybe 5.

Aye unused tiles go way back. Maybe they became more common with the SA release?
