any idea how much this would be worth or even why this mace has the durability that it has.

If you get a weapon's durability up to 255 with powder of fortifying and then enhance it with dull copper, you get a really high durability number like that.

Having that durability makes it worth 100 gp more

It's not a bad mace but it's not a rare.
And I'd take off Manti's extra 100gp because its an ugly color
