Not sure what causes problems, but my CC flashes every few minutes and tends to crash at busy locations if I switch to ICQ...

This happened rarely before, but last weeks this occur more often.

Just on the new test center for the CC or whenever you are on CC?

What version of windows are you running? Have you tried running the file check option and letting it check to make sure that you aren't missing and files? You can find the file check at the bottom of the patcher. Just check the box and it will automatically start checking. You can also uninstall UO and re-install a fresh version from here. You can also post in the tech section here.

Playing with video drivers, win8 not uses latest by default. Will try other suggestions too.

I haven't made the switch to Win8 yet so I am sorry that I am not much help on this issue.

I used compatibility wizard and it set win xp sp3 compatibility mode. Not crashed yet.
