Look for the items with high regens (MR 8 is 400 in weight alone for example). Very often you will find all 3 regens present on an item.

Other than that: any greater, major or legendary artie has a good chance (I average about 4 relics per unbound energy vortex I kill. And I can kill one in under 3 minutes. But the char is specially tuned for them.
