Unpatched (tech question)

I had to do a rollback on my puter as there was a problem, i rollback prior to the pub 53 patch and now i dont know how to get it back without re-installing. Is there any way for me to force the patch to run again?

Go to My computer then click on program files then go to ea Games folder and click the UOPatch in the main section.

Unfortunately i had already tried that and it didn't work. My computer last patched on 28.5.08 and the patch seems to still be there, but the client still says patch 67, 6.0.7.0
