Unlinking accounts nightmares... here we go again ..

is there anyone who can explain to me in laymens terms how to do this... from what im seeing the only way is by contacting ea some how (tried twice in two days was on hold for a total of 2 and a half hours)? i own and pay for my accounts yet need to contact someone in order to unlink them please help... anyone... (hears drop of water fall into bucket)... :eek::rant2::rant2::coco::sad4::confused2::mad2::wall::stretcher::bdh::bdh:

its basically impossible. never link accounts.

just for communities sake im going to keep track of how long it takes me to do this supposedly simple thing... going on day four...

If they are open it usually takes 24 hours as of late.

If you provide them a little verification information and make the correct request it usually is pretty easy.

Get a hold of me by email and I will send you some info.

Mesanna said in her last video chat session that the Billing system is a known issue and they too hate it. She said they are looking into replacing it. They cant do it fast enough in my books...
The Billing management of accounts is the worst program I have ever seen.... How EA thought it so good is beyond me.

Oh if they can get that lined out. I will be so happy. I have made alot of complaints about billing. If anyone has more than 2 accounts under one e-mail. It will not let you buy another upgrade. It just tells you, you already bought one. On the phone way back a man told me he would not unlink them because he feared I might not get my accounts back. There is also something weird in EA's fraud protection. It will allow one account to use a credit card but another account it will not let it add it. I understand that Company's need fraud protection but something gliches and once it does it makes a mess for those of us trying to give them our money.

I've emailed every email address I could find with no luck(have not got one single reply) I even emailed @Mesanna the dark lady herself.... you can look here and see how long I've been trying....

You called EA and actually talked to someone that knows what UO is??? I've called twice and the people I talked to have no clue what ultima online even is, The third call the person actually knew what UO was but I was told I must contact mythic to help me... (UO's customer service is a JOKE).

The RTB should be a huge success when you have to do everything through emails that never get answered....

Instead of getting someone to run their facebook page, they should have got someone to work on customer service!!!
customer service should come before facebook!!!

i cant play the game untill i get these issues of unlinking the accounts resolved so sad no one wants to help a paying customer...
