i recently saw a regular deed on a vendor that was labeled "unknown". does anybody know what this is, or is it just crap.

I believe I read somewhere recently that a patch within the past several months changed all of the deeds that were labeled "deed" to "unknown". If that is indeed the case then the value should not have changed, except to perhaps go down, they generally sold for about 500k-1.5m

Confirmed - I have two items that were just labelled 'deeds' locked down and both now say 'unknown'.
