Can anyone tell me what this is worth or where it came from?

Additionally, does anyone have a PC on a no draw tile?

Unknown deeds are bugged items - never made any myself, but my understanding is that if one attempts to make a repair deed with 'make last' after a server patch, you get something like this. Back to things I do know, I've seen these sit for a couple mil. Maybe it would sell at 1mil.

The no draw is probably 500k-5m. Quite a range, but there are a lot out there so it just depends on the person really (as with everything).
