The Dawns music box gears Melisandes lair and Paroxysmus lair, both (uncommon) will be on my wifes vendor this weekend.

Do the gears still spawn somewhere?

Yes.

Any spawning (Not tinker made) Golem has a small chance of having a music box gear.

Some will have a regular gear. Sometimes you get both a regular gear and the music box gear.

There are three types of music box gears.
The regular spawning golems have the common and uncommon gears.
The Paragon Golems have a very small chance of having a rare gear, and will have the regular and uncommon ones as well.
