Unberable Restaurant Job Lag

I just finished a shift at McDingus' a few minutes ago. The lag was unbearably horrendous. It was the worst lag I've ever experienced in all of my years of playing TSO. I would literally freeze for 10 seconds, move for 2 seconds, and the cycle would just repeat and repeat and it was impossible to be productive. Why such terrible lag at the restaurant job?
