Unannounced Change to Houseing.

I am redoing my house. Been 3 yrs since I last did it.
Normal walls and the like cost 500GP. Which is normal.
But I noticed that stairs in the house now cost 5K to place.
Has any one noticed this also?

It would make sense though since the stairs are made up of 10 separate pieces to make the complete flight of stairs. Although I just logged into my other account and its only coming up 4k for a stairway on that one for some reason.
