unable to upgrade my account to stygian abyss

:cursing::cursing: 2 weeks ago i have bought stygian abyss upgrade from ea store but i cant upgrade my account why?????
when i try to use the key for upgrade i have thsi damend message:
"This code cannot be applied to this game account"
how i can upgrade!?!?!?!?

You can't. Most of the posts on this forum concern people frustrated with the current situation. The Account Center for the game is screwed right now. As a consequence, you cannot do anything with game codes, vet rewards, etc.

Please read other threads before posting, many people are having this issue and it has been explained multiple times in some of the top threads in this forum.

Basically they shut down all game codes until the account migration situation is settled. They will announce when codes can be activated again.
