Unable to shop from UO Store - need security code, but they wont valid it.

I try to shop from UO Store.

When I log in, they want a security code sent to my email...so far so fine...takes 10 mins and the code comes.

But - it says I need to put in a valid code.

2nd time - same thing...

I am not allowed to log in to buy from uo store... :-(

Now im pissed off, they send the security code so late - it expired every time...

Im done with UO Store - if my money aint good enough...another acc goes ditched.

Why do you need the code, to change your password, or to validate your login if you're using a different IP? Ten minutes is a strangely short time for it to expire.

It said it was to validate my acc login. I got 3 codes, and all 3 times it said I had to enter a valid code.

The same thing happened to me. I had to go in to my account settings and turn off the code validation. Oddly enough, the code I needed to do that was sent right away.

Barring asking Mesanna, I'd say to wait a full day and request another code. But before trying to use it, clear your browser's cookies and cache.

Mesanna is looking into it...i got the 11th code tell me i must put in a valid code so far...i sent her the last. =)
