I'm in Italy and no VPN, but this is the first time I encounter this problem: last time that I bought S. in the O. Store without having any problem (beside the fact that I have the "privilege" to pay MORE for them than a US player paying in US$...
) was about 1 month ago (same PC, same settings). Moreover earlier today I was able to buy some Game Time without any fuss, so I was wondering if this was a general problem...

I found that you can only make 5 purchases a day from Origin
using the same credit card.

SteelRust, I'm in Italy too and bought without issues a couple of weeks ago ...
The S. would have been only my third purchase for today and I bought some of them back in early December 2020 without any problems.
I'll try again later and let kown as it goes...
