Ultima Online magazine covers?

Is there a listing of which magazines UO has been on the cover of over the years? If not, does anyone have information about specific issues to post here?

The only one I know of for sure is the July 1997 issue of Computer Games Strategy Plus, but I would imagine it also would have been on the cover of Computer Gaming World and/or PC Gamer at some point?

Ultima Online - The Ultimate Collectors Guide shows 3 magazines with UO on the cover (in my Guide on - Page S.15)
I'm not sure if this is the answer - the magazines look to be pictured as examples, not necessarily a known subset.

The Guide also shows 13 magazines with cover discs containing UO or OWO, X, etc (Guide Pages S.6-S.12.),
and ~82 line listings for magazines containing previews, info, reviews, etc. (Guide Pages S.16-S.21.).
