Dont Laugh at the old school... mesanna, the gms, and advisors all still use IRC... I would assume those of you doing the testing for the new expansion will be using it as well.

Stratics no longer supports IRC chat.
However, Zephenia and gang that was managing it before have indeed set up again: http://gamers-irc.org/
I believe they are broadening their scope now to include other games as well.

If you look at the domain, we are not hosting it. It technically goes on to Zephenia's http://gamers-irc.org/

If you go to the root domain (without the port) it is a landing page that links up to Zephenia's site.

Please keep this in mind - is it not being hosted by Stratics anymore.
