I dont have a link off-hand, but you can go to uoforums and listen to the town hall as recorded by WRR, and there is also a thread here somewhere with highlights of the town hall noted down as it was happening.

And it is basically invite only (yeah ok its not but i live in the uk.. how many town halls can i goto without paying to fly halfway round the world for)
