Didn't you notice? Some of us are already riding them. They're just invisible instead of ethereal. Some folks call it skating.
Drakes are second class dragons. They're almost as bad as Wvyerns (no, not White Wyrms, those annoying barking things that poison you).
However, I understand we have lots of would-be dragon riders in UO, so I'd be all for it for you guys. Knock yourself out. I'd personally never want to ride a drake, or use a drake, ever, though.
I also like the guy who said ridable Slimes ... wtf lol I like that so much, I might try something in a second ... Sewer Surfing style.

I think it would be neet looking to ride around on a dragon or drake as long as they dont have the horrid flapping wings art that the reptalon currently has when running!

why they not make a ridable character?
If someone has ninjitsu and is morphed in something ridable, a party member can ride him... a multiplayer fight.. one run and the other one fight XD

I want that carriage from Ultima VII so me and guildies could hop on and throw spells/shoot with bows in Fel or otherwise that magic carpet with 8 seats would be sweet too! And the ability to place a deco cannon on them so we could shoot with that too, that would make my day.

okay, a carriage where more than one person could ride at the same time would be pretty cool.
Have you actually seen the Drake artwork in the Enhanced Client? If you're going to sit on these teenie-weenie drakelets, their spine will snap in an instant.

I would say make Dragons ridable regardless it sucks running on foot in the DF and cant catch up with everyone...Darn slow azz dragins LOL

Although... if we are suggesting a new ridable... has anyone else ever wondered why UO has just about every fantasy animal but a winged horse? Why is there not a Pegasus? Unicorns, Dragons... I think that would be a nice addition...
