Two CoA run rune libraries finally made it onto stratics.

The Avalon Rune Library, located in the outpost of Avalon, and the Grateful Rune, inside the Luna walls in the NE corner, were both submitted to the THB Stratics Public Rune Library listing.
Full establishment write ups to follow in the next week or so, to give a bit more detail to each library's facilities.
Briefly, the Avalon Rune Library, has been run by Hazard [CoA], since '98, and stands on the same foundation of the old large smithy that originally housed the Feluccan runes.
The Grateful Rune, has been up in Luna for just under a year now, and recently under the co-management of the Purple Llama Society [Vrtx], and the Citizens of Avalon [CoA], has been opened and all runebooks unlocked.
