1. The ability to lock down or add light items (torches, candles, lanterns) in reasonable amounts to the boat where they will not decay.
One of the aspects I like about the EC (and even with colored lighting in the CC) is to sometimes forego Nightsight in favor of area lighting (Personally, I'd LOVE to change how Nightsight worked in the first place but that's another topic/thread). As of now I can wait to get one (or more) of the light items from the various serpents and use them either by remembering to pick them up during the day and drop/light them at night, or let them decay naturally and get more as they spawn as loot. However it would be nice to be able to lock down a few to the boat (any boat of any size)
2. Boat positions for Screen up/down and left/right.
Yeah I know this would be a HUGE art patch to do this with the way boats are done, but with mouse control of boats, it would make them much more maneuverable (and logically moving) as necessary. Plus we have those directions for characters and mounts already.
