Just curious, I have been sitting on one for quite a while and never really checked what the current market value is. Mines just north up the road from you. First house after the garden. What would this go for in-game?

Ive seen most the fel new mags go from 150-350m. From what i can tell it depends on location and the amount of blockage from other houses.
