Yes, if you're willing to use soulstones to swap certain "meta-crafting" skills between characters.
Essentially, Arms Lore is required for maximum DI effect on a character that can make weapons and/or armor. Similarly, when SA introduces it in a few months, you'll need to have Imbueing set up the same way.
Character 1:
120 Blacksmith/120 Tailor/Bowyer/Tinker/Carpenter/Choice: Arms Lore or Imbuing (all need access to Arms Lore for crafting, Imbuing for enhancement when SA comes in). You'll need 75 magery & 45 music on the carpenter as well, but one can easily get most of the skills from equipment. In either case you can BUY the skills, then add equipment to get to target crafting numbers (+40-45 of music from gear depending on race, and 45 magery using 2 normal +15 magery jewels, one of the two +15 magery books - up to 55 if one swaps over the Alchemy talisman from your alchemist, and has a crystalline ring to waste on/lend to the crafter).
3 Soulstones: Arms Lore & Imbuing - one will be on crafter #1, the other on the stones. Mining Will be available to move between characters, mostly to allow smelting, on the 3rd soulstone, or one of the characters.
Character #2:
Lumberjack, Alchemy, 120 Magery, Inscription, Carpentry, Cooking, Mining (when needed to mine - soulstone over to Character #1 when actually smithing, for recycling purposes)
Pretty much covers everything but making the wall maps, and those are required to be done by a GM Cartographer who was both the original decoder AND DIGGER of the maps used as resources.
