Two accounts, vendor contracts

I have two accounts. The building is owned by one acct, but I'm trying to figure out how to get the vendors run by a char on my second acct. With only one computer, any idea how I can offer a spot by one acct and accept it on the other acct? *sighs* The second acct is co-owned to the house.

You could try logging out on one account outside of the house but within easy range of the targeting reticle for the vendor agreement. Perhaps when logging back into that account, the gump will pop up. Unlikely though. You will probably have to use multiple windows users to log in two clients at once. Perfectly legal. Best of luck.

I know that works for adding chars from additional accts as friends or co-owners, but I think in this case, the other char as to be actively logged in to accept the vendor contract. I'll try it though :)

1. Create a second log-in on your computer; start up UO in it on one account, switch users, start up UO on the second log-in ID, with the second; switch users as needed to accept & modify the contracts.

2. If you have 2D & KR on your computer.
Start 2D; log in on one account
Then go into the KR directory and start KR with the UOKR.exe file, instead of the normal procedure. Log into the second account.
Set up the rental vendors, then log out of KR.
Note that with both clients running, you will experience EXTREME lag; the only things such dual clienting can be used for is setting up rental vendors, guilding people, and pet rez away from combat. It is also of uncertain legality, but since no one in their right mind would do it for more than a minute, it's not that much of an issue.
