Twilight Lantern?

SO, I've seen these Twilight Lanters around and have been wondering where one of these could be aquired?

Haven't found much about them at all, so any help would be cool.

They were spawn from a special halloween event year before last.

They were dropped on monsters during the 2006 holloween event. People still sell them on vendors.
