Turn in points gone?

I was unable to find the bug forum so I am posting here. My friend had 700k cleanup points and finally used them on 7 items that were 10k each, later he found that his points were at zero. Has anyone else experienced this? (and yes he had 700k not 70k points to use)

Tell your friend before he/she does anything else is to log on all the Chars. on all of his/her accounts and check for points, sometimes we forget which toon really has them.

i have noticed on some shards the turn in guy disappeared on the tram side and is only on brit fel side. don't know why that is

Probably the same reason that there is sometimes 2 turn in guys in brit.
