Only one I've checked recently was Trinsic, and it's 2 screens between the docks and deep water. I've never looked - does Minoc have deep water close enough?

I'm actually surprised Magicina works; I'd thought only Buc's Den was close enough.

Best place to do it is Bucs Den if you block him in with a classic ship. New Magincia id say is second best

It just has to be "deep water" which can usually be seen from the shoreline. Just toss a fishing pole in the water and see what kind of fish you get to test it.
