TSO 90 day time code when paying by Paypal

Just wondering if anyone could tell me where to find out how much the 90 day time code when paying by Paypal would cost. I believe it is more than the fee charged when paying by credit card. In my experience, it has been such a hassle trying to get the 30 day time code in a timely manner, I thought I would purchase the 90 day time code to make life a little easier. Can anyone help?

I've only seen the 90 day codes available at 1 site and paypal was not a paying option.
