Trying to make a guild

I have been gone from the game a long time. Where do you buy guild deeds now? Or did they change something on how u make a guild?

Yes, they did. No more guildstones (much for the shame, although they exist, they are simply deco now.

To create a guild, you just open the guild tab on your paper doll (in 2D) or in the lower right corner menu (KR) and pay your 25k, no NPCs or special locations necessary.
