Trying To Get Into Account Management

Decided to break down and get the 7th character slot. Can't get into Account Management to put the code in. Anyone else having trouble with Account management? I put in my info and it hangs, eventually goes to another page that doesn't load. So is anyone else experiencing this?

Site opens, but can't log in. That's the problem. No error, nothing. Just blank white screen after loading for a time.

Trying To Get Into Account Management - while patting head and rubbing belly and hopping on one foot and singing "I'm a little tea pot." When it is giving me issues I find just using pure explorer gets me in jut fine. Some of the smallest security settings some launch sites use seems to set the account page OFF on an all ON connection burp. Ooorrrr they are fixing it so it works like it used to. Kidding. If it is not temp broke pure explorer might be answer.

I'd check. But they already got my 9.99 once every two years for a pixel tool. Thinking about that. It has been a long time that I needed to spend money on an upgrade. Think I figured out why they are so short on cash and my DVD collection of movies from the 70s has grown so much. Ummm thanks guys?

I have tried different proxies, even US based, no luck. This is annoying, very annoying.. Another great example, why UO is dead..

It definitely should not be this hard to pay them for a subscription. This new account management has been a complete disaster from day one, and for some reason, it continues to be so to this day.

If this was your business, wouldn't you make the ability for your customers to pay you your top priority? I do not understand the mentality behind this business model, it baffles me year after year.

West Coast US here and I'm getting the white page. Not a problem for me since I don't need to anything with account management today.

I'd just be patient. It's not the only web site to have the occasional issues.

i really hope this is a priority for broadsword. maybe they can push EA to fix these issues. think of the countless people who just suck it up as a loss rather than posting on stratics or something. and countless others that dont attempt because theyve heard the horror stories of trying to reactivate an account. It should have been done years ago.

This is just stupid!

I have five accounts that need to be activated today. I started buying the codes but couldn't even login @ the origin store in the beginning, which started yesterday BTW.

When I couldn't login to Account Management I stopped buying codes.

Whatever! I guess the idiots running EA don't want my money anymore.

I just tried logging in to pay for one of my accounts with no luck (looks like they don't want my money either) :(....However, I did come straight to stratics to see if it was just me, or was everyone having problems. Glad to see it's not just on my end....Seriously though, they do need to fix this asap!!!

Since I started this thread... just fyi I was having trouble with account management when the game log in servers went down the other day. I'm fine with getting into account management and the game now. Sorry for those still having trouble.

Can't get into actual management page either. This game is starting to become more trouble than it's worth :(

I tried on and off for about a hour yesterday with no luck, then a couple hours later I tried again and got right in....I Just tried again this morning and I can get in with no problems right now. I'd say the page is a bit unstable, It appears to work when it wants to :devil:

Got disconnected & now I am getting a Patch Error when I try to restart game. Wonder why they are messing with code on a Sunday morning??

Thanks, got in too, I had 2 credit card registered, a the system had chosen to switch from the card I use to pay from to the other, so I had to fix that
