i have tried for 4 yrs myself.
Acct is bugged or they are paying for the home/acct and not playing.
I haven't seen them at all.
Pretty sad and wasteful and i bet it's because like me[in the past]i wanted to buy the home to place LARGE.
I gave up and since me many like yourself try as well.Sorry but i think it's useless.

imo.
