Trying to assist a new player

My buddy started playing UO and we created a trial account for him. I am confused of which package he needs to purchase from the UO Game Codes store. He wants to continue using his existing trial account and give it a permanent status. Which one he needs?

1. Stygian Abyss New player

OR

2. Stygian Abyss Upgrade???

Your technically upgrading the account since you've already created one. The new player would be for someone that purchased the box (if there was one) and is creating a new account. You enter the new player code in the create account screen where it asks for a code, and upgrade account codes are entered by going into the edit account screen.

like Kell said he already got an acc he wish to upgrade so he would need an upgrade.

new player SA is only for creating (<- keyword) a stygian abyss account.
