Long story cut short...I am a 13 year vet player keeping 2-3 accounts running for all these years and had my account turned off because my credit card expired. So last Friday night I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to just change the expiration date on a credit card in the new account management system. Finally I weaseled my way to the correct screen and changed the date.
In my frustration I applied the payment to the wrong account, yes my mistake. So now I'm searching the website for a number to contact EA to fix the problem. Low and behold you cannot call anymore you can only email. So I emailed them with the entire problem, account names, and all the information needed along with my phone number and a plea to have them call me. I wait 2 days for a response informing me that I did not provide enough information and to answer these questions to verify who I am and they will help me.
I respond with the correct answers to each question and wait...and wait...and wait...I finally after 4 days forward the email to them again (with my phone number and a plea to have them call me). They respond again via email requesting even more information. I give them that information 2 days ago and have yet to hear another response.
It has now been 8 days (almost 1/3rd of the game time I paid for) and a simple issue is still not resolved. No wonder this game is in the tank. I can't play because most of my stuff is inaccessible. Any help would be a godsend!
