Trinsic quest

I got all the jewels and took them back. He then tells me to take them to Jack the Villain. Where is Jack? Any help would be appreciated. Thnx in advance. This is the Trinsic quest where you fight the generals and orcs and stuff in town.

This is the quest from Derek the Merchant? It's unrelated to the invasion, part of a cycle of virtue quests - look down on the docks for Jack.
