Trick or Treating

What stuff iis it possible to get by trick or treating?

Is it just candies, or are there other, rarer items that one can get, and if so, is there anything special the character needs to get these items?

I know that for begging, there are additional items, but I am not sure about teh trick or treating.

I have 0 begging and Trick-O-Treated for an hour this morn. I got 56 or so of each candy and one pumpkin pizza.

So I say its possible but so slow going it's probly not worth the effort to do it again.
