Is the Weeping Edge the only piece that can be enhanced? Tried the gloves and the gorget, and nope.

Who wouldn't want a clean %30 splinter Bokuto or 5? Unless the sparks effect is somehow amazing, the prized aspect of the weapon kills Storm Lord's steel IMO.
