Treasure Map's and Luck

Hi Guys,

Is there any relation in the quality of Treasure Chest loot and the luck of the person digging the Chest up ??

Luck does not factor into the items in the chest. As far as digging up T-Maps, Luck only effects monster loot and drops.

Sorry for the intrusion. Also for fishing luck in useless?
To find rare fishes for example or to find a good loot in SoS?

I don't know if it helps for the fish (I doubt it does though). It does not help for the chests recovered from an SOS.
