Trammel maps remain trammel maps afaik, the locations changed at the 30 day mark, but they didn't change facet.
Ilsh maps come from creatures in Ilsh, Malas from Malas etc. Maps out of monster chests, ie paragons or named ML creatures such as Miasma, are random facet.
