treasure map assistance

As I was looking through the maps, I found a hoard trammel map with a interesting location. It is at a place one cannot recall or gate in. You also cannot mark your rune there.
It would make a interesting location to spawn the manifestation if only I could time the spawning and get help killing the guardians.
