This idea would add a new lvl 8 treasure map. The general idea is to make challenging group events. I know some shards don't have a lot of people, but perhaps this could encourage them to get together every so often.
First, the cartographer will need to be in a party, when the cartographer digs up the correct site, a sink-hole swallows (portal) the party into a small cave that they are not able to escape from until the mobs are dead or the player is a ghost. Also, add dungeon sites like Deciet, Despise, etc. After finding the correct location in the dungeon, a trap door / secret wall would trap the party inside a medium sized room.
The number of mobs that spawn in these rooms would be based on party size (but not a 1:1 ratio). Loot would also be increased for larger parties. Some of these mobs can be bosses. And if you really wanted to add diversity, some mobs would have the Corgul anti-Samp aura... some mobs would ignore pets... others mobs might run extra fast.
As far as coding this, I believe most of this stuff in already in the game. For example, teleporting the group into the small cave could work the same as the Medusa portal but with a different graphic. Also, areas that spawn mobs based on the number of players is already in the game. It would be a little more work since it's not just a 1:2 ratio. For example, for 3 people, there would be 1 boss that has one of the special effects (anti-samp, ignore pets, super fast, bard immune) For a group with 5 people, there would be 2 of those paragon bosses. Also all the additional mobs would spawn as well. (some of which could also have the special effects)
The paragon bosses would have a rather large artifact loot table. So players would be encouraged to at least go with 3 people. Also, once the mobs are defeated, mining skill / detect hidden could find further treasure. Obviously lockpicking chests would be there as well.
