Hello...I have done a search and found no information. This came from an IDOC on Europa recently. No idea if it is a rare.

The item is a black Wizard's hat entitled, ' A Wizard's hat recovered during the rescue of Giri Ui'

Any info greatly appreciated.

It came from an event on Catskills and was a "gumball" drop.
Or "clicky"
Or "*" if you prefer...

There are 1000s of them.

Maybe worth 500k if someone out there doesn't have one.
